On 13th January 2024, Angkor University's students of the Faculty of Business and Tourism Management had a study tour to Senteurs d'Angkor. The tour is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
During the tour, the students will have access to a wide range of resources and training materials that will help them enhance both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. They worked under the supervision of experienced professionals in various hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage. This study tour also allow them to interact with the guests, understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional service. By the end of the study tour, the students will better understand the workings of a hotel and be better equipped to pursue their career goals in the hospitality industry.
