We are pleased to announce that after a thorough and rigorous selection process, we have appointed Mr. Hout Kongyou as the 5th Rector of Angkor University. Mr. Kongyou brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, having previously served as a successful academic leader in various institutions of higher learning.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Mr. Kongyou on his appointment. He will be succeeding Prof. GNEL Rattha, Ph.D. , who has served as the Rector with distinction. We thank Prof. Rattha for his years of dedicated service to the university and are confident that Mr. Kongyou will build on his excellent work.
