Angkor University (A.U) and KUNMING University of Science and Technology (KUST) in China have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to further explore potential opportunities to:
- Promote interest in the teaching and research activities of the respective institutions;
- Promote institutional exchanges by inviting students, faculty and administrators of the partner institutions to participate in a variety of learning, teaching and research activities and professional development;
- Conduct joint research projects and joint-training programs;
- Organize symposia, conferences, short courses and meetings on research issues; and
- Promote other academic cooperation as agreed by both universities.
Angkor University (A.U.) and Korea National University of Transportation (KNUT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further explore potential opportunities to:
-Promote interest in the teaching and research activities of the respective institutions;
-Promote institutional exchanges by inviting students, faculty, and administrators of the partner institutions to participate in a variety of learning, teaching, and research activities and professional development;
-Conduct joint research projects and joint training programmes;
-Organise symposia, conferences, short courses, and meetings on research issues; and
-Promote other academic cooperation as agreed by both universities.
At least 40 schools in China have cooperated with Cambodia, including Angkor University, to participate in "ASEAN-CHINA Education Expo" for the first time in Cambodia to promote learning opportunities in People's Republic of China, as well as providing further information related to education for students in Cambodia. In addition, Prof. GNEL Rattha, Ph.D., also invited to join as as an honorary speaker, representing universities in Cambodia, especially universities in Siem Reap.
We extend a warm welcome Chinese-ASEAN Delegation to Angkor University. We are honored to have this particular chance with the Chinese-ASEAN Delegation and look forward to fruitful discussions and cultural exchange during this time as well as in the future.

On 23 October 2023, Dr. GNEL Rattha, Rector of Angkor University, cordially received a courtesy call from Dr. TRAN Thi Anh-Dao, Attaché for Scientific and Higher Education Cooperation of French Embassy in Cambodia. Dr. TRAN Thi Anh-Dao noted French Embassy role in driven French language learning in Higher Education through scholarship, exchange study, internship, join research and join degree with French University. Dr. GNEL Rattha expressed his confidence in the contribution of enhancing the curriculum and ready to explore further cooperation between National and Private institute and university in French in all field of study.

Angkor University (A.U.) and Ton Duc Thang University (TDT) have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to further explore potential collaborations in research projects and institutional exchanges, by inviting students, faculty members and administrators, to organize symposia, conferences, short course program and meetings on research issues.
The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Kith SOTHEARITH, a consul of consulate general of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ho Chị Mình city.
The MOU signing ceremony was held on 20 October, 2023 at TDT. A.U represented by Mr. GNEL Rattha, Ph.D., Rector of A.U. at the event, while TDT represented by Dr. TRAN Trong Dao, President of TDT. More than thirty attendees, including staff and students from both universities, witnessed the MOU signing ceremony.

Cultural exchange is sharing different ideas, traditions, and knowledge with someone who may be coming from completely different background than your own. It’s important to be aware of the differences between cultures, particularly if you are volunteering, working, or living in a new country or interacting with people from different countries than your own.
The students from both universities has played games, danced, learned common words from each other.
The delegates of Angkor University, who led by the Rector and accompanied by his colleagues, to attend the Erasmus Program for Joining 19th International Weeks at University College of Enterprise and Administration(WSPA) under the Erasmus+ Program for Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training, will be hosted 29th May to 2nd June, 2023, Lublin, Poland.
Meeting with delegation from Institute of Medicine at Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), Thailand on 28th July 2023 at 2:30 at A.U to discuss for mutual cooperation:
1) scholarship prospects for either master's or doctorate students,
2) exchange faculty and students, and
3) The opportunity for research grants development together.
Angkor University delegation paid official visit to Rangsit University on 26 May 2023 to discuss about mutual cooperation on student exchange program, internship and faculty member mobility.
Paid official visit and meeting with top management of VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic on 5th June 2023 for bilateral cooperation between the both universities.
